Lisa Gutermuth

Lisa Gutermuth is Senior Program Manager at Ranking Digital Rights (RDR) and Associate Researcher at the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society (HIIG). RDR is committed to promoting freedom of expression and data protection on the Internet. Prior to joining RDR, Lisa was project coordinator at the Tactical Technology Collective, a digital rights organization based in Berlin. She has worked primarily on digital security projects (such as Security in a Box) and projects using digital tools and open data for citizen-centered advocacy and OSINT.
